Refund & Return Policy

At Turbo Delivery, we work hard to ensure your order is delivered quickly, accurately, and in compliance with all applicable laws. Due to the nature of our services and the products we deliver, all sales are final.

Alcohol Orders

All alcohol sales are final sale. This policy is in place for legal, health, and safety reasons.

If an alcohol item was incorrectly delivered by Turbo Delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue provided that:

  • The item remains unopened and unused

  • The issue is reported to us as soon as possible after delivery

  • Proof of the error can be reasonably verified

Approved exchanges will be handled at our discretion and subject to availability.

Restaurant & Third-Party Establishment Orders

Turbo Delivery acts as a delivery service only for restaurant and third-party establishment orders. While we take care in transporting your order, we are not responsible for errors made by the restaurant or establishment, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect items prepared

  • Missing items

  • Substitutions made by the establishment

  • Food quality or preparation issues

Any concerns related to order accuracy or food quality must be addressed directly with the restaurant or establishment where the order originated.

No Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders made by the customer

  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control

  • Restaurant or establishment errors

  • Opened or used alcohol products
