Turbo Delivery is a local delivery service, not a traditional shipping or courier company. We specialize in fast, reliable deliveries within designated local delivery zones using our own drivers.

Local Delivery Only

All orders placed with Turbo Delivery are fulfilled through local delivery. We do not ship products via mail, postal service, or third-party couriers.

Delivery availability and pricing are based on distance from the pickup location to the delivery destination.

Delivery Zones & Flat Rates

Delivery fees are calculated using flat-rate pricing based on distance:

  • 0–10 km radius

  • 10–15 km radius

  • 15–30 km radius

The applicable delivery fee will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address and selected pickup location.

Custom Routes & Additional Stops

Additional charges may apply for deliveries that include:

  • Multiple stops

  • Custom delivery routes

  • Food, grocery, or prescription pickup routes

  • Special handling or time-sensitive requests

Any additional fees for custom requests will be clearly communicated and confirmed prior to completion of the delivery.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Weather

  • Order volume

  • Availability of the pickup location

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays outside of our control may occur.

Failed or Incomplete Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or access issues, additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery attempts.
